Miranda Sykes & Rex Preston in Concert

A fantastic, recently-formed duo

Miranda Sykes has been described as a ‘musical chameleon’ reflecting the way that she so easily slips between musical genres as diverse as folk, jazz, cabaret and rock / pop. With rich, spine tingling vocalsand sensitive double bass playing she is much in demand and enjoys working alongside some of the finest musicians in the world. Miranda has recently started working with Rex Preston from The Scoville Units. A virtuoso mandolin player, highly regarded on both sides of the Atlantic, his style & fluidity augment Miranda’s songs beautifully. They are currently working on material for their debut album.
